Yes. Connect gives the assistant company context and the workspace’s processes over MCP, as the person who connected it and never more. A mail draft or a change to a connected system it asks for waits in Needs you until a person approves it in Framed.
Yes. The catalog includes Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Trello, Airtable, and Shopify. European and niche systems connect through a custom connector. Bloxs, a Dutch property system, is one custom connector that runs today.
No. Anything that would change a connected system, send mail or publish waits for a person, in Needs you. A host AI can start a process only where its owner allows that, and the run still stops for a yes before it changes anything. Reads can proceed.
Workspace data is stored in the European Union and operated by a Dutch company under GDPR. Every account is isolated with row-level security, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your content is never used to train foundation models. A data processing agreement is available on request.
Self-serve plans are Framed for Work at €49/month (one workspace, one team member), Framed for Teams at €79/month (unlimited team members), and Framed for Companies at €139/month (two workspaces). Agencies and enterprise are custom. AI credits are included; usage beyond included credits is billed at cost.
